Caitlin Clark’s Water Cup Challenge Loss Trends Online Ahead of Fever’s Preseason Game

It often feels like Caitlin Clark can never fail.

While she came up short in two straight NCAA National Championship games, that was not because she performed poorly. In fact, the only reason Iowa got to those games in the first place was because of her sensational scoring.

And the same goes for her first WNBA game for the Indiana Fever. The 21 points she scored and five three-pointers she drained in 28 minutes was not the reason why her team lost to the Dallas Wings.

Yet, we now know that there’s at least one thing Clark isn’t the best at: pouring water.

Prior to Indiana’s preseason home game against the Atlanta Dream on Thursday, the Fever posted an X video of Clark and teammate Leilani Correa taking part in a water challenge.

The goal was to take turns pouring minuscule amounts of water into an already filled cup, until the cup spilled.

After a few solid rounds of back and forth between the teammates, Clark poured a little too much and caused a spill, which cost her defeat.
