The house at 4715 Ellery Lane is listed for $2.35 million, according to MIBOR records. Bird bought the home (in cash) for $3.3 million, said Laura Musall, a real estate agent with F.C. Tucker in Fishers.

Sitting on 1.5 acres, Bird’s home features five bedrooms, eight bathrooms and three fireplaces. In the master bedroom, there is a walk-in closet, sitting room, suite and a garden tub.
